What the job is

This is a job for a Cash Centre Supervisor at Fidelity Services Group, based in Kuruman, Northern Cape. The role involves overseeing the cash handling operations at the Kuruman Branch. You will report directly to the Cash Centre Manager and ensure that all cash deposits are processed correctly according to the agreements in place.

What you will do

You will open and close the Cash Centre when needed. You will count, verify, balance, and reconcile money, and recount if there are any discrepancies. You will make sure all daily reports and statistics are updated and that all documents are complete, neat, and properly filed. You will handle incident reports, address client queries professionally and on time, and ensure client satisfaction is a top priority. You will also enforce basic discipline within the Cash Centre and be accountable for its operations if there is no manager present.

What you need

You must have a clear criminal record and a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. You should be computer literate and have at least 2 years of experience in a cash centre or a similar role. Experience with Nedbank products and treasury operations is an advantage. You must be able to work under pressure, multitask, and work extra hours when required. You should also be honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and have good verbal and numerical skills.
