Tracker is looking for a Business Sales Consultant to work at their head office in Randburg, Gauteng. This is a full-time position where you will report to the Business Sales Manager. The company is looking for someone who is self-driven, outgoing, and confident in communicating with people at all levels. You should have experience working in the corporate industry and be ready to sell solutions in the vehicle fleet environment.

What you will do:
- Find new sales opportunities and grow Tracker’s business in the corporate sector (B2B).
- Understand and prepare legal contracts for business deals.
- Sell solutions related to vehicle fleets, such as IoT (Internet of Things) and telematics technology.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage and grow an existing customer database (20% new customers, 80% existing).
- Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Stay updated on Tracker’s products, especially IoT and telematics, by passing assessments.
- Give presentations to stakeholders like business partners, dealers, brokers, and fitment centers.
- Prepare and send quotations, manage leads, and submit reports.

What you need:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in B2B, IoT, or telematics.
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Formal sales training or relevant experience.
- Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, solution-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Afrikaans-speaking is an advantage but not mandatory.
