What the job is

Tracker, a company in the IT and Internet industry, is looking for a Key Account Manager to work in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). This is a permanent job where you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. You will need to travel by road across the Eastern Cape to meet clients and manage their accounts effectively.

What you will do

You will maintain and find new business opportunities within existing corporate accounts. You will provide consultative services to key clients, analyze business trends, and coordinate processes between Tracker and the client’s business. You will also manage business promotions, handle financial analysis and budgets, and ensure service level agreements are set up and followed. Additionally, you will identify training needs, manage vehicle tracking and monitoring, and document internal processes. You will report directly to the Area Manager.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and experience in the Fleet Industry. You should be skilled in using Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of financial matters. Management and project management experience would be beneficial. You need strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills, as well as excellent presentation abilities. You must be a self-starter, assertive, detail-oriented, and able to manage relationships well. A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle are required.
