What the job is: This job is for a Branch Manager based in the Vaal branch, specifically in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will work for Fidelity Services Group, a company that provides security and investigation services. What you will do: As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage security officers, handle operations, finances, transport, HR, and client relationships. Responsibilities include managing operations managers, site managers, and supervisors, resolving client issues, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling staff. You will attend meetings, conduct quarterly reviews, train employees, manage budgets, handle asset control, fleet management, firearm control, reporting, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring security staff performance are key.

What you need: To qualify, you need a Matric certificate and must be registered and accredited with PSIRA at Grade A level. At least 10 years of experience in the security industry is required, with senior management experience in handling a large security workforce. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards is essential, along with strong people management skills. Good communication, administration, and client liaison skills are a must. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and managing a fleet of vehicles is required. Leadership, planning, organizational skills, and being goal-driven and self-motivated are critical. Computer skills, including Microsoft programs, are required, and you must have your own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license. A clean criminal record and firearm competency are also necessary.
