This job is for a Credit Controller based in Midrand, Gauteng, working for Fidelity Services Group. The role focuses on collecting money owed by clients to improve debt collection results, reduce overdue payments, and lower bad debt expenses. Key responsibilities include calling clients with overdue payments, recording call details in the Listener system, handling debit order resubmissions, verifying client information, and transitioning clients to electronic communication. You will negotiate payment promises, issue letters of demand for non-payers, and manage unallocated payments. Additional duties include handling client queries, preparing credit notes/refund requests, reconciling accounts, and meeting collection targets. Customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. Qualifications: Matric with a qualification in Credit Management or related finance field. Experience: 2-3 years in collections, preferably in a high-volume consumer environment. Skills: Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency, LSN/SAP experience, strong communication, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
