What the job is: This job is for a Branch Manager at Unifi, a company providing simple and fast personal loans across Africa, including Tanzania. What you will do: As the Branch Manager, you will lead a team to deliver fast, clear, and simple loan services. Responsibilities include approving loans, managing collections, training staff, maintaining compliance, and resolving client complaints. You will also report branch performance, identify issues, and foster a positive work environment.

What you need: A degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (not strictly required). At least 3-5 years of customer-facing experience with 1+ year of team leadership. Strong credit/lending knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work shifts/weekends. Fluency in English is required.
