What the job is: This job is for a Branch Manager at Unifi, a company providing simple and fast personal loans across Africa, including Tanzania. What you will do: As the Branch Manager, you will lead a team to deliver fast, clear, and simple loan services. Responsibilities include approving loans, managing collections, training staff, maintaining compliance, and resolving client complaints. What you need: A degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (not strictly required). At least 3-5 years of customer-facing experience with 1+ year of team leadership. Strong credit/lending knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work shifts/weekends. Fluency in English is required.
