This job is for a Branch Manager at Atlas Finance in Frankfort, Free State. You will be responsible for helping customers apply for loans while ensuring compliance with rules and company policies. The role is permanent, full-time with long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring all meet legal and company requirements.
- Meet monthly sales targets by promoting loans and guiding customers through applications.
- Collect loan payments following company procedures and ensuring timely monthly instalments.
- Maintain branch organization, cleanliness, and accurate records.
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (minimum).
- Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF Level 3) required.
- 2+ years of experience in microfinance.
- Strong numerical skills or mathematical literacy.
- Preference for African Male, White Male, or White Female candidates.
