Faircape is looking for a friendly and skilled Barista and Waiter to work at their restaurant and catering service in Noordhoek, Cape Town. This is a full-time position at Noordhoek Manor, one of Faircape’s retirement villages. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks, maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, and serve food to residents and guests with a focus on excellent customer service. Responsibilities include table setting, stock management, and handling special requests. Experience in waiting and barista work is required, along with a clean health, criminal, and credit record. Faircape offers a competitive salary, Sunday pay, public holiday pay, quarterly bonuses, and long-service leave. Shifts are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
