ATM Auditor

This job is for an ATM Auditor at Fidelity Services Group, specifically in the Fidelity Cash Solutions team based in Midrand, Gauteng. You will work under the National ATM Operations Manager and be responsible for managing and supporting ATM operations across the country. Responsibilities include loading cash into ATMs daily, ensuring secure and accurate transactions, troubleshooting technical issues, balancing cash transactions, following strict security procedures, and assisting clients professionally. Requirements include a clean criminal record, PSiRA accreditation (Grade C minimum), firearm training (handguns and rifles), SASP Competency certificate, CIT Certificate, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and computer literacy. The role requires honesty, reliability, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and willingness to travel.
