This job is for an ATM Auditor at Fidelity Services Group, specifically within their Fidelity Cash Solutions division. You will be based in Midrand, Gauteng, and work under the National ATM Operations Manager. The role involves handling cash for ATMs and supporting day-to-day ATM operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading cash into all ATMs daily and ensuring proper counting and security.
- Troubleshooting technical issues or reporting them for resolution.
- Balancing cash transactions accurately and adhering to strict security procedures.
- Scanning and processing transactions through Trans Track systems.
- Assisting clients with ATM-related issues or queries.

Requirements:
- Clean criminal record and PSiRA accreditation with at least Grade C.
- Completed firearm training for handguns and rifles, with SASP Competency and CIT certificates.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar security role.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Computer literacy for handling digital records.
