You will work at the Southgate Mall showroom in Johannesburg, Gauteng. What you will do:
You will help customers on the showroom floor by talking to them, understanding what they need, and turning their visits into sales. You will also make sure customers are happy by guiding them through buying, paying, and after-sales steps. If customers have questions, you will answer them or pass tricky problems to your supervisor.

You will need to know about the products, prices, and promotions very well. This includes keeping up with new products and sales campaigns. You will also handle paperwork like orders, payments, refunds, and customer documents carefully and correctly. Sometimes, you will help with stock, like moving products around or making sure the showroom looks neat and inviting.

You will follow all company rules, like handling cash properly and reporting any issues to your supervisor. You will also work with your team to meet sales targets and support special promotions or events. Being flexible with your schedule is important, as you may need to work different shifts, weekends, or holidays.

What you need:
