They have been helping customers create beautiful homes for over 40 years with quality products at affordable prices. You will work at their Southgate Mall showroom in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The job is permanent, meaning you will have a stable position with the company.

What you will do: You will help customers on the showroom floor by understanding what they need and turning their visits into sales. This means showing them products, explaining how they work, and ensuring they leave happy with their purchases. You will also meet sales targets and assist with ordering, payments, and customer inquiries.

You will maintain the showroom's cleanliness and organization, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock is handled properly. This includes stock management, damage checks, and compliance with company policies. You will process orders, payments, and refunds accurately and on time.

Another key responsibility is delivering excellent customer service. This involves being friendly, professional, and proactive in assisting customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to your supervisor. Teamwork and sales goals will also be emphasized.

What you need: To apply, you must have completed Matric (Grade 12). Retail sales experience is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is mandatory.
