This job is for a Warehouse Clerk responsible for dispatching and receiving goods at Amaro Foods in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role involves managing stock, ensuring orders are processed correctly, and maintaining warehouse operations. You will work closely with production teams and use systems like TransLution to track inventory and shipments.

Key responsibilities include:
- Checking stock levels to plan deliveries and ensure orders are filled accurately
- Printing and verifying delivery notes, completing paperwork for legal and safety checks
- Informing production teams about incomplete orders
- Dispatching goods correctly and operating machinery like forklifts and reach trucks
- Following the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) process for raw materials and finished products
- Managing inventory accuracy and conducting daily stock counts
- Processing purchase order receipts, building pallets for raw materials, and handling stock transfers
- Dismantling pallets, ensuring containers are emptied and recorded in the system
- Completing stock takes as required and capturing interbranch transfers

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience with knowledge of stores handling procedures
- Valid forklift and reach truck license
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
