Vehicle Stock Controller - Bloemfontein

This is a full-time position for a Vehicle Stock Controller at Motus UD Bloemfontein. The company specializes in vehicle retail within the automotive industry. Responsibilities include managing vehicle stock documents (invoices, car documents, service books, owner’s manuals), allocating stock numbers, issuing stock cards, and recording engine/chassis numbers. Coordinate with P.D.I for vehicle storage/delivery decisions, create new vehicle models in the system, and issue invoices for vehicle swaps. Handle payments via cheques after verifying invoice details. Provide Sales Managers with stock forms (opening/outstanding stock, monthly allocations, past sales, forecasts) and assist in ordering stock during meetings. Conduct stock takes (key and spare key).
