This is a Vehicle Sales Trainee position with Motus Corporation in Parow, Western Cape. As a Vehicle Sales Trainee, you will work alongside experienced sales teams at a dealership to learn the basics of selling vehicles. You will also receive hands-on training in customer service, sales techniques, and how to use sales tools and systems. Over the course of the 6-month programme, you will gain practical experience that will prepare you for a full-time role as a Vehicle Sales Executive.

To apply for this position, you must be a South African citizen with at least a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. While not required, having a driver’s license will be an advantage. You should have basic computer skills and a clean criminal and credit record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers every day. Some sales experience, even from another industry, would be helpful but is not mandatory. Most importantly, you need to be eager to learn and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
