This job is for a Treasurer position at Fidelity Services Group, specifically at their Parow Branch in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role is part of the Fidelity Cash Solutions division and is a permanent position. Your main job will be to ensure all cash deposits are handled correctly according to the agreements between the company and its clients.

Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and returning large amounts of cash to and from secure vaults
- Balancing cash, checking float, and submitting stock reports daily
- Sorting banknotes to separate good ones from damaged or unfit ones
- Packing cash for ATMs and handling monthly stock orders
- Attending daily meetings to discuss operations and addressing client queries
- Performing general administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:
- Clean criminal record and Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Comfortable working with computers
- At least 2 years of experience in a cash-handling role (e.g., cash center)
- Experience with treasury balancing is advantageous
- Clean disciplinary record
- Ability to work under pressure, including night shifts
- Problem-solving skills and adherence to instructions
- Strong communication, attention to detail, honesty, and reliability
- Numeracy skills, clear communication, and willingness to work extra hours when needed
