Trainee Store Manager - KuGompo City

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a Trainee Store Manager to work in their KuGompo City store. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how to manage a retail pharmacy store. You will work under the guidance of an experienced store manager and learn all the important tasks needed to run a successful store.

What you will do: - Manage stock including ordering, counting, and ensuring products are in the right place. - Set up and maintain promotional displays, check prices, and assist with receiving new stock. - Help meet sales targets by supporting promotions and working with different departments. - Assist with daily financial tasks like cash-ups, expense monitoring, and financial reports. - Support customer service, handle complaints, and manage loyalty programs. - Manage staff schedules, leave requests, and employee records. - Participate in training programs and assessments.

What you need: - Completed Matric (Grade 12). - 1-2 years of retail experience (stock management, cash handling, customer service). - Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office. - Willing to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays). - Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
