A manufacturing company in Vereeniging, Gauteng, is looking for a Trainee Quality Control Inspector. This is a great chance to learn and grow in a quality control role.

What the job is
You will check products and materials to make sure they meet quality standards. You will work with tools like verniers, micrometres, and gauges to measure parts. The job is full-time and permanent.

What you will do
- Check incoming goods, parts, and finished products for quality.
- Use measuring tools to check sizes and dimensions.
- Help keep quality records and reports.
- Follow ISO 9001 and quality management rules.
- Write reports when things do not meet standards.
- Help with stock checks and managing quarantined items.
- Use SAP for goods receipts and stock transfers.

What you need
- Matric (Grade 12).
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar job.
- Experience using measuring tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is helpful.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Good attention to detail.
- SAP experience is a plus but not required.
