Trainee Quality Control Inspector

What the job is A manufacturing company in Vereeniging, Gauteng, is looking for a Trainee Quality Control Inspector. This is a permanent job for someone who wants to learn about checking products to make sure they meet quality standards. What you will do Check materials and parts when they arrive at the factory. Inspect parts during and after production. Use tools like verniers, micrometres, and gauges to measure parts. Check repaired, serviced, and manufactured equipment. Help follow ISO 9001 quality rules. Write reports when things do not meet standards. Keep records of quality checks and certificates. Use SAP to record goods received and manage stock. Help with stock takes and packing dangerous goods. Manage items that fail quality checks.

What you need Finished high school (Matric). At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar job. Experience using measuring tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is helpful. A quality control or internal auditing certificate is a plus. A TQMS Diploma is also a plus. Must have a valid driver’s licence. Must pay close attention to detail. SAP experience is a bonus.
