We are looking for a trainee branch assistant to join our team in Hopetown, Northern Cape. This is a great opportunity for someone who has just finished school and wants to start a career in farming and retail.

What the job is
You will work with our retail team to learn about the business. You will help customers, work with numbers, and learn how a farm supply store operates.

What you will do
- Assist customers with their needs
- Learn about products and services in the store
- Help with basic office tasks like using computers and handling paperwork
- Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly
- Gain experience in customer service and marketing

What you need
- You must have finished Grade 12 (Matric)
- Subjects like maths, accounting, or agriculture are helpful but not required
- You should be interested in farming and retail
- You must be good at talking to people in Afrikaans and English
- You should know how to use a computer, especially Microsoft Office
- You must be able to work well under pressure
- You need to include a copy of your latest school report or Matric certificate with your application
