What the job is
OVK Retail is looking for a trainee branch assistant to join their team in Excelsior, Free State. This is a great chance for someone who just finished school to start a career in farming and retail. You will learn how a retail business works and gain useful skills.

What you will do
You will work with the retail team to help customers and learn about the business. Your tasks may include assisting customers, handling products, and helping with daily operations. You will also get training to improve your skills in customer service and business.

What you need
You must have finished Grade 12 (Matric). Subjects like maths, accounting, agriculture, or business studies will help but are not required. You should be interested in farming, retail, and customer service. You must include a copy of your latest school report or Matric certificate with your application.

You also need:
- Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work with numbers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good people skills
