What the job is
OVK Retail is looking for a trainee branch assistant to join their team in Excelsior, Free State. This is a great chance for someone who just finished school to start a career in farming and retail. You will learn how the business works and gain practical experience.

What you will do
You will work with the retail team to help customers and learn about the business. Your tasks may include assisting customers, handling basic office work, and helping with marketing. You will also get training to improve your skills.

What you need
You must have finished Grade 12 (Matric). Subjects like maths, accounting, agriculture, or business will help but are not required. You must be interested in farming and retail. You should also like working with people and helping customers. A copy of your latest school report or Matric certificate must be included with your application.

You need to:
- Speak and write well in Afrikaans and English
- Know how to use a computer (MS Office)
- Be good with numbers
- Work well under pressure
- Get along with others

What you will get
