We are looking for a trainee branch assistant to join our team in Hopetown, Northern Cape. This is a great opportunity for someone who has just finished school and wants to start a career in farming and retail.

What the job is
You will work with our retail team to learn how the business works. You will get hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and office tasks. This is a training position, so you will learn new skills and gain business knowledge.

What you will do
Help customers with their needs. Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly. Learn about products and services we offer. Assist with basic office tasks like using computers and handling numbers. Work under pressure during busy times.

What you need
You must have finished Grade 12 (Matric). Subjects like maths, accounting, agriculture, or business will help but are not required. You must be interested in a career in farming or retail. You should enjoy working with people and helping customers. You must be good at communicating in Afrikaans and English. You need basic computer skills, like using Microsoft Office. You must be able to work well under pressure. A copy of your latest school report or Matric certificate must be included with your application.
