They run toy libraries and early childhood development (ECD) centers to provide children with fun, learning-based play experiences. They also teach parents and caregivers about early childhood development. As a Toy Librarian, you will help run the toy library daily, ensuring children receive optimal learning opportunities. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, organizing and maintaining the toy library, planning play sessions, and assisting with special events. You will also communicate with parents and community members, attend training sessions, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements include Matric (Grade 12), a Level 4 qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD), basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
