This is a full-time position at Bryte Insurance in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The company is looking for two people to join their team as National Technical Underwriters. You will work closely with the Commercial and Personal Lines Centres of Excellence (COE) to provide essential support for underwriting and reinsurance processes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical and administrative support for daily operations
- Coordinating activities and assisting managers with professional support
- Setting up and maintaining office systems and processes
- Preparing high-quality documents for meetings and reports
- Reviewing and directing referrals to specialists
- Managing a document library for technical teams
- Processing reinsurance transactions with the Reinsurance Manager
- Assisting the Head of COE with important projects

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) completion
- Insurance Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical insurance experience
- Strong understanding of insurance principles
- Analytical thinking, clear communication, and teamwork skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with office software
