This job is for a Technical Manager at Fidelity Services Group, based in Benoni, Gauteng. You will manage technical services, handle client queries, and oversee a team of service technicians. The role is full-time and focuses on ensuring smooth operations in the technical service department.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing technical service calls
- Communicating with clients to resolve technical and account-related issues
- Tracking and achieving Field Force Transformation (FFT) targets
- Maintaining stock control in technical vehicles
- Conducting regular safety inspections and meetings
- Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance
- Preparing weekly reports on service targets and key metrics

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience (preferably in customer service)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet)
- PSIRA Registered at Grade B
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with SAIDSA requirements
