This is a contract-based Technical Coordinator role at CBRE Excellerate, a leading provider of commercial real estate services in Africa and the Middle East. Responsibilities include managing a central tracking system for technical tasks (maintenance, compliance checks, incidents, audits, and projects), preparing reports, coordinating meetings with regional teams, and maintaining digital documentation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or technical coordination.
