What the job is

This is a Technical Assistant Manager position at CBRE Excellerate, based in Agadir, Morocco. You will work as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, helping to manage a group responsible for maintaining and improving building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and safety operations for various facilities.

What you will do

You will supervise and train a team, setting work schedules and assigning tasks. You will manage daily operations and maintenance for buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. You will help create budgets, improve maintenance programs, and keep maintenance and safety manuals up to date. You will coordinate with contractors, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. You will also respond to emergencies, handle customer concerns, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.

What you need

You should have a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 4 to 6 years of relevant work in HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, or project management. Experience in leading teams, training staff, and managing performance is preferred. You must have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
