This is a full-time Team Leader position at Fidelity Services Group, based in Edenvale, Gauteng. You will work under the Branch Manager and assist the Operations Manager in the Cash in Transit (CIT) division. The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure cash transport and ATM-related tasks run smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ATM investigations, including error checks and reporting issues with ATM machines (SOL, SPARK, Capitec).
- Track and resolve missed cash loads and discrepancies.
- Conduct daily SLA checks (e.g., alarm testing) and monitor cash custodian shortages.
- Schedule refresher training for cash custodians and review FLM camera footage.
- Ensure smooth handover swaps and cash balancing before custodians leave.
- Assist auditors during bank swaps (Sol, Lesaka, Capitec, Spark).
- Manage timekeeping for dedicated vehicles and ATM billing.

Requirements:
- Clear criminal record and PSIRA accreditation (Grade C minimum).
- CIT certificate and firearm competency with a handgun qualification.
- Computer literacy and 3+ years in security/CIT operations.
- Valid driver’s license (own transport preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and irregular hours.
- Clean disciplinary record and strong communication skills.
