Pedro's Chicken is looking for a hardworking and organized Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to start or grow their career in Human Resources and recruitment. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, helping to bring new talent into the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and verifying candidate documents.
- Conduct background and reference checks, including MIE verification.
- Prepare welcome packs for new hires and assist with onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Simplify HR.
- Provide professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Support general office tasks like data entry, filing, and special projects.

Requirements:
- Completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
