What the job is: This is a 12-month graduate programme in Sales and Marketing at Rand Refinery, a well-known South African company specializing in refining gold and silver. Rand Refinery is one of the largest low-grade gold recovery smelters in Africa and has been operating for over 100 years. They seek passionate graduates to gain practical experience in their field of study. The programme is based in Johannesburg, on the East Rand.

What you will do: Work closely with a team focused on helping customers and suppliers. Receive hands-on training in sales and marketing tasks, including understanding customer needs, promoting Rand Refinery’s services, and supporting supplier relationships. Learn to adjust packaging and meet customer specifications. Regular feedback from mentors will help improve skills, and work-readiness training prepares you for future roles.

What you need: Completed Matric with either a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field. Overall academic average must be 70% or higher. Submit a two-page CV, certified copies of ID, Matric certificate, and all academic records. Complete an Excel spreadsheet calculating total academic average across all qualifications.
