What the job is: This is a full-time position as a Student Advisor at Rosebank International, part of the Advtech Group. What you will do: As a Student Advisor, you will recruit new students using Rosebank International’s methods. Responsibilities include school visits, parent engagement, career expos, follow-up calls, interview scheduling, and guiding students through applications. Key tasks involve school presentations, promoting the school in new areas, hosting teacher events, and answering student/parent queries online and by phone. You will also ensure students are aware of important deadlines.

What you need: Qualifications include an advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, PR, or communication). 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license. Important skills include understanding South African higher education, time management, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Teamwork and adaptability are also essential.
