This is a full-time Store Manager position at Yogiberry Gateway, a new store opening in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. You will be part of the launch team for this exciting new business and play a key role in setting up and managing the store from the beginning. The job involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and building a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food quality meets company standards and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Handle stock control, purchasing, and ordering.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Increase sales and profitability by setting targets and motivating the team.
- Manage staff, including creating work schedules, handling discipline, and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and organize staff training.
- Run marketing activities, promotions, and incentive programs.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
- Strong management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP is a bonus.
