What the job is
You will be in charge of running the store every day. You will lead your team, make sure customers are happy, and help the store make more money. This is a full-time job, and you will work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

What you will do
- Run the store every day and make sure everything works well
- Lead and train your team to do their best
- Help the store make more sales and meet targets
- Manage staff costs and make sure the store runs smoothly
- Control stock and reduce waste to save money
- Make sure customers have a great experience
- Follow food safety and health rules
- Check how the store is doing and find ways to improve

- Do reports and handle paperwork

What you need
- You must have finished school (Grade 12/Matric)
- You need at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in fast food, restaurants, or retail
- You must know how to lead a team and get good results
- You should understand store finances like sales, profits, and costs
- You must be good with computers and reports
- You need your own transport
- You must have a clear criminal record
- You must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit
