We seek a Store Manager to lead our Polokwane, Limpopo store. Ideal candidates will enjoy customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to meet business goals
- Lead a team in delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and pricing accuracy
- Manage inventory, deliveries, and food safety compliance
- Handle cash operations and banking
- Train and support team members
- Ensure store security and compliance with health/safety regulations
- Analyze sales data to drive business growth
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) completion (higher qualifications preferred)
- 3-5 years experience as Store/Assistant Manager in retail (FMCG preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Stock management and store organization skills
- Valid driver's license (own vehicle preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
