What you will do - Welcome customers and make them feel valued. - Take orders correctly, whether in person, at the drive-thru, or for online pickups. - Serve food and drinks neatly and on time. - Check that orders match receipts and special requests. - Keep the counter, dining area, and food stations clean. - Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times. - Work with the kitchen team to keep orders flowing smoothly. - Handle small customer issues politely and ask for help when needed. - Restock items like cups, lids, sauces, and napkins.
