What you will do
- Welcome customers and make them feel valued.
- Take orders correctly, whether in person, at the drive-thru, or for online pickups.
- Serve food and drinks neatly and on time.
- Check that orders match what customers asked for.
- Keep the counter, dining area, and workstations clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times.
- Work with the kitchen team to make sure orders are prepared quickly.
- Handle small customer issues politely and ask for help when needed.
- Restock items like cups, sauces, and napkins.

What you need
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Can manage time well and handle multiple tasks.

- Basic cash handling and computer skills.
