What the job is

This is a Shop Assistant position at PEP, a well-known retail company. The job is based in Divundu, Namibia. You will be part of a team working together to help the store run smoothly and meet its business goals.

What you will do

You will help increase sales by providing excellent customer service and keeping the store looking neat and well-organized. You will manage stock, make sure products are displayed properly, and ensure prices are correct. You will also follow security measures to reduce stock loss and handle cash at the till according to company rules. Additionally, you will maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the store and work efficiently to keep costs low.

What you need

You must have completed Grade 12 and be proficient in English. Basic computer skills are required. While not mandatory, having 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment will be an advantage. You should have a passion for retail, be honest, and willing to go the extra mile. You must be able to plan and organize your daily tasks, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working retail hours.
