This is a full-time position for a Shift Supervisor at KFC in Port Elizabeth (also known as Gqeberha). You will work under the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, meets high standards, and delivers excellent customer service. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing daily operations, and supporting the restaurant managers to achieve business goals. Key tasks involve enforcing CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, and Speed of Service), managing shifts, overseeing maintenance, ensuring safety and security, and handling staff training. The role requires fluency in English, basic math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least six months of experience in an All Star position at KFC with All Star Certification.
