What you will do - Run the restaurant and take-away every day. - Make sure food quality and service meet company standards. - Manage stock, orders, and supplies. - Handle customer complaints and keep service levels high. - Work to meet sales and profit targets. - Manage staff, including schedules and discipline. - Work with the team to improve the restaurant. - Follow health and safety rules. - Open and close the store daily. - Plan marketing activities and promotions. - Handle customer service issues quickly. - Train and develop staff. - Hire and manage team performance. - Evaluate staff performance.

What you need - At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or fast-food management. - Knowledge of basic accounting (preferred but not required). - Good management and organizational skills. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to solve problems.
