What the job is
You will manage the restaurant and take-away in Ndola. You will make sure everything runs smoothly, customers are happy, and the store makes money.

What you will do
- Run the restaurant every day.
- Make sure food quality and service meet our standards.
- Manage stock, orders, and supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and keep service levels high.
- Work with the team to meet sales and profit goals.
- Manage staff, including schedules and discipline.
- Follow health and safety rules.
- Open and close the store daily.
- Plan promotions and marketing activities.
- Train and develop staff.
- Hire and evaluate team members.

What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or fast-food management.
- Experience with basic accounting is a plus.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
