This job is for two Senior Advisors in Security Investigations at Eskom, a major electricity and energy company in South Africa. You will be based in Gauteng, working across Eskom’s operations in the Mpumalanga and Western Cape regions. The role focuses on handling serious security cases, investigating crimes, and supporting legal processes within Eskom’s environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex investigations into high-risk security incidents (theft, fraud, criminal activity).
- Gather evidence, prepare detailed reports, and ensure findings are legally sound for court cases.
- Advise management on security risks and prevention strategies.
- Investigate crime scenes, analyze financial records, and develop offender profiles.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and present findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior investigators and ensure compliance with Eskom’s policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Technology, or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Security Management, Policing, Forensic Science, Law, or Auditing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in criminal investigations.
- Strong understanding of the criminal justice system.
- Leadership, coaching, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Professionalism, ethical conduct, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
