What you will do

You will deliver exceptional customer service that matches Incanda’s premium brand standards. You will drive sales by confidently recommending products to customers. You will build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized interior design solutions. You will handle quotations, orders, and stock processes accurately. You will also maintain high standards for store presentation and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in meeting operational, financial, and customer goals.

What you need

You must have strong sales skills with a focus on luxury service. You need excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are required. You should be able to work well in a team. You must have a Grade 12 qualification. You need at least one year of service at Wheco. Previous experience in retail sales, especially in luxury or furniture, is preferred. Basic computer skills, such as proficiency in MS Office, are advantageous.
