What the job is

This is a Senior Refrigeration Technician position at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services and facilities management. The job is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves working with advanced refrigeration and HVAC systems across managed facilities.

What you will do

You will perform advanced maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems, including DX systems, freezers, cold rooms, VRV/VRF units, and split units. You will diagnose complex faults, carry out preventive and reactive maintenance, and respond to emergency call-outs. You will ensure the safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation of all refrigeration systems. You will also verify system operations after repairs and escalate major issues to the Technical Supervisor when needed.

What you need

You must have a technical qualification such as an ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or HVAC. You need at least 5 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance, with strong knowledge of DX units, cold rooms, and VRV/VRF systems. A valid UAE driving license is required, and experience in UAE or GCC facilities management is preferred. Skills in troubleshooting, brazing, pressure testing, and refrigerant handling are essential.
