What the job is: This is a Senior Producer role at Brandtech+, a global creative and production company specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, and digital content. You will work remotely within South Africa, leading production efforts for global brands. The role involves managing high-volume campaigns across TV, social media, digital, and print platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.

What you will do: As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the production and delivery of localized content for global brands. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, planning production schedules, briefing design teams, and ensuring campaigns meet quality standards. You will track regional pre-production tasks such as translations, voice-over recordings, and global master approvals. Daily stand-up calls with satellite studio teams, escalating production issues, and driving campaign execution from start to finish are key. Support the Regional Lead in producing data-driven reports, managing invoicing, and championing automation for efficiency.

What you need: At least 7 years of experience in broadcast, digital, and social video production, including experience with owned and bought media. Strong background in managing global brand campaigns and line management required. Excellent communication, project management, and forecasting skills are essential. Experience in large-scale accounts (preferably FMCG) is preferred.
