STADIO Higher Education is looking for five Senior Lecturers to join their new Rustenburg City Campus. These positions are permanent and will start on 4 January 2027. The roles are specialized in different academic fields, including Education, Information Technology, Law, Commerce, and Administration and Management. The campus is located in Rustenburg, with the company based in Pretoria.

As a Senior Lecturer, you will be the main academic representative for your school at the Rustenburg City Campus. Your responsibilities will include teaching classes both in-person and online, developing teaching materials, and ensuring high-quality education. You will guide students, monitor their progress, and create a supportive learning environment. You will also coordinate academic activities for your school, work with the head of campus and school, and help improve student success. This includes planning lectures, assessing student work, providing feedback, and supporting student engagement.

To qualify for this role, you must have a relevant master’s degree with at least one research output. You should have at least five years of teaching experience in higher education, including experience with blended or distance learning. Strong skills in teaching, assessment, student support, and using technology like the Canvas learning management system are required. Knowledge of South African higher education regulations and quality assurance practices is a plus.
