This role is based in Sandton, Gauteng, and involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, providing insights, and ensuring accurate reporting to support informed decision-making. The role also involves managing financial planning (annual budgets, three-year plans, and quarterly forecasts), advising stakeholders on profitability, and aligning regional business plans with company strategy. Additional duties include training team members, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting transformation initiatives. Qualifications: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree (NQF Level 7), preferably in Accounting. Experience: 3-5 years in financial management, ideally in financial services.
