This job is for a Senior Concrete Foreman to lead concrete work on construction projects in Manzini, Eswatini. Stefanutti Stocks, a construction company, is looking for someone with strong experience in concrete operations to manage teams and ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all concrete-related work on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Lead and guide a team of workers daily, improving productivity and job performance.
- Regularly inspect concrete work and materials for quality compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop schedules, resource plans, and problem-solving strategies.
- Enforce safety regulations on-site and maintain records of daily work, including progress reports, material usage, and team performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete operations and team management within construction.
- Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, and application techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and enforcement.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting software is a plus.
