What the job is

Eskom is hiring a Senior Advisor for Organisational Effectiveness at Komati Power Station in Mpumalanga. This role is part of the Human Resources team and focuses on improving how the organisation works by helping with change, leadership development, and culture management.

What you will do

You will provide expert advice on how to make the organisation more effective. This includes analysing strategic information, managing projects, and facilitating processes that help the company learn and adapt. You will also assist with business planning, give specialist advice, and support the development of employees. Additionally, you will handle conflict management, client relationships, and use data from surveys and research to guide decisions.

What you need

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree, B Tech, National Higher Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Social Science, Educational Science, or Human Resources with 360 credits at NQF7. You also need at least 5 years of experience in organisational effectiveness, process consulting, and human resources. Important skills include problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and emotional intelligence. Strong leadership qualities like coaching, mentoring, and team motivation are also required.
